Bought this for a gift. It was very easy to set up! The packaging was very secure. I was ableTo ship it to its destination without anything getting damaged because of their secure packaging. The pictures on the frame look amazing! You can use it as a clock or alarm clock as well. However if you just want to use it as a picture slide show, just leave it alone, don’t touch the screen when it’s on. I am able to use my phone to add little, even with the frame in a different state. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a slide show of their photos.

I have only used it for one day but so far it’s amazing. It functions like a tablet and has lots of cool features that I didn’t realize it had before I ordered it. The picture quality is great and it’s really easy to set up and use. I definitely recommend this so far.

I purchased one for my mother in law for Christmas and she loved it. After a very quick initial setup, she was off and running with uploading her own pics to the frame via the app. She is not very technical and she was able to easily navigate the app with very little instruction. A+ gift for grandparents, aunts, uncles, anyone who asks for pics! The one downside is you cannot unplug it for display, it must remain plugged in at all times to work.

This was such a great gift for my parents! I hadn’t realized that I’d have capabilities to send them photos from my phone from anywhere with their app, not just being on wifi! ! It was so neat I ended up purchasing another frame to have for myself too! Love the features of this frame, so fun to see our photos, I didn’t even realize it can tell you the weather, play music and do so much more! Definitely worth the purchase!

I'd call myself a medium tech capable person so with that consideration read on. I did get frustrated a couple of times. It was to the point of putting it back in the package and just sending it back but I walked away and came back later. We were giving this as a gift and we wanted to add a bunch of photos before giving it to them. They're in their mid eighties so it needed to be set up pretty turnkey. After figuring out what they were trying to tell me in the not so great instructions I got through it. I am mechanical in nature but do not like to get beat. Biggest complaint is that you have to enter everyone's email into the photo frame in order for it to accept photos. To me that seems silly. We have had a Skylight for several years now and to be honest, I was trying to save some hard earned money. So bottom line is to pony up and buy the Skylight unless you're strapped. Good luck.

great quality and super easy set up!! The only downfall is that it has to be plugged into electricity at all times in order for it to work.

I love the large size, it is easy to see across the room. I, as a 66-year-old, was able to figure it out. I haven't added all the pictures I want to, but that will come. I haven't added labels, that is something that I would like to do but have been very busy. I really like the grandchildren stopping to look at the pictures and showing each other. I am glad that I can have children send me photos. When new photos arrive the frame chimes which is a nice feature.
