So my hens were tearing the feathers of my rooster and each other. We tried everything I mean everything! Except blinders! These were easy to put on and saved my chickens and rooster! We will leave them on for about 3to 4 weeks and see what happens when we take them off! They can still eat and drink and can get on the perch and nesting boxes!

I had to buy these lil blinders b/c our chickens got a wild hair up their feathery rear ends and started to pick fights with each other. They worked great in curbing the pecking and fighting of these lil raptors. It is hilarious to watch them try to jerk their lil necks side to side to zero in on their next victims only to be DENIED the satisfaction of contact. "Guess what Tabby....... Lady isn't going to be your victim today. She just may grow her butt feathers back in time for winter with no help from you."The only downside is these are not one person user friendly. We were unable to use the tool to put them on and had to have two people working in tandem. Best way to install was to bend them with your thumbs and fingers.

I did not use these. I tried to put them on my chicken that was bullying the others. Every time I tried, she screamed. No way you can tell me that this doesn't hurt the chickens...that plastic is so hard and rigid. I would not want something like that stuck in MY nostrils. Waste of money.

Once I got the hang of it, they went on pretty easily. But, if your chicken has any kind of comb lower on their beak, these will not work.

Works until pheasant outgrows them or tears them off. Bought the size stating for Pheasants...medium. The pliers do make it much easier to put on.

Took me a bit to figure out that heating up the peepers in hot water was actually worth doing. Snapped right on and I did it alone. She has been terrorizing the new additions to the flock and although at first she walked like a drunk sailor she got use to it and stopped chasing. She looks ridiculous, but it stopped her bullying. Lol. Highly recommend!! Plus it makes you laugh. Does not hurt the chicken! She’s still free ranges, roosts, eats and poops. Just no Charlotte the bully anymore.

It took quite the effort to put these on the hens. They don't like something stuck up their nostril. Can you blame them? It says to keep them on for 2 weeks then to remove. These caused such bad inflammation in and around the nostrils of my hens that they were in terrible pain. The bullying didn't stop, just changed a bit. And trying to remove them after their nostrils were so swollen and tender was also awful. Would NOT recommend these to anyone. Find other means to deal with bullying.
