I was worried since theres not a lot of reviews and ppl stage reviews and blah blah, also because after I bought it, I was reading more about the description and the comments/reviews, andI got worried that it maybe was like a kid's playroom tiny couch, because I noticed one of the reviews said that they put it on a pallet, and that's when I realized there's no feet on it. So I was confused on how stable or quality could be if it came from the box without feet? But I got the black plush with the left facing chase and it came in 2 boxes. 2 different shipments to tracking numbers. I wasn't supplied one of the tracking numbers, so I only got one box at first with the first section, and got worried and called Amazon, and they said they'd reach out. Apparently since both sections are boxed differently in the same sized boxes, there was a funky way that they had to send a different shipping number through email or something. But it didn't really matter, because within a day of contacting amazon, the 2nd one had arrived already. Ordered on the 17th, delivery said between 19th and 23rd, First box arrived on the 19th and second box arrived on the 22nd. I'm amazed at how they pulled it off. Such a stable bottom from a box pressed couch. But I have 0 issues with how stable it is, it's like a solid spring compressed matress box spring on the bottom. Above, the solid bottom is the squishy foam for the seats. It doesn't sink and the back is extremely low however, it's perfect for me. The pillows are pretty decent and both the pillows and the couches covers come off with zippers so thats awesome for my dogs. I was gunna get covers but i dont need to. Dude these are cute and dreamy. Unfluffed totally within 24 hrs, i jumped all over it to un-press it cause the directions said to hit it from all angles. I have no words like im almost speechless. Im never buying a giant "quality" normal couch again, this is so modern beautiful realistic and comfortable. Id sleep on it tbh. Cant say how long it holds up but for now im on cloud 9. I got plush and the fabric isnt wrinkly like in other reviews. Ima buy this again and again and again for years bc im never getting a normal overrated couch again. (Probably not really but i want to) Lovelovelovelove Idk how else to explain how much i love it. Exceeds expectations by miles and miles and milesDont go back and forth just buy it, i shoulda bought it weeks ago instead of staring at it contemplating. DO ITAnd no smell, almost forgot, super importantThis is my next family heirloom

Very soft and easy to unpackage. My only complaint is that I wish it had a more bouncy feel because it’s kind of firm.

It's the perfect size for my loft, super comfy, and the color matches everything in my place. It's modern and elegant yet super chill, so it's the perfect balance for the chic getaway vacation rental you're trying to design.It takes about 3 days to fully expand. It may come out a bit wrinkley, but after 48-72 hours of sitting on it, patting it, and also letting it expand on its own, it becomes plump with no wrinkles on site. It has velcro pads for you to hook the bottom of the couches on so you can attach both sides together.Customer service is a bit of a hassle through Amazon, but it comes with a card with direct contact info of the supplier on it if you need a replacement or something.I recommend 100%

Bought this for the grandchildren to use in the playroom. Its hard as a rock to sit on...they dont seem to mind but I wouldn't recommend. One of the reasons I chose this was the removable cover so I could wash it but it's so heavy (shipping label said about 95lbs each section) that I doubt that will ever happen. If your looking for extremely firm as in you don't make a dent in it what so ever when you sit on it then you might like it. The material is soft (cover). That's the only thing I like about it. Oh and it's so heavy and the fact that it has no feet makes it almost impossibe to move on carpet. I imagine it would be easier on hardwood or tile. I wish I could return.

Absolutely goated couch. Love hoe comfy it is and you canpush it together and make a small bed lol!Need more items like this one

The couch is cozy and comfy. I will say it is pretty firm out of the box but it will soften over time. The size is great,I love how deep the seating is on this couch. A added bonus, my cats Love this couch so much. The best part is the ability to love it around easily. No assembly required. Just carefully cut it open and let it fly :) We got the grey one. Not he plush. I would say the quality of the cover is not great. It's not thick. A dogs nail would rip it easily. The color is true to the ad :) Overall we are loving it. Me and the cats passed out :)

This couch is comfortable, sturdy, and has plenty of space, perfect size for my small apartment, it’s soft and easy to lose track of time or even fall asleep on, it works perfectly for my family. It came 2 weeks early, and boy was I excited, it was kinda labor inducing to set up, but ultimately it completely expanded in about 2 days. The cover has a zipper on it so I think you can take it off for ease of cleaning! If you dont like low back couches this is not for you. However, you can easily buy more pillows and bulk up the back if you have against the wall, but the back is nice and flat so its like having an armrest everywhere you sit! I really like it!
