There is no perforation for the detach before mailing part. I tried to cut it but can't make it straight. There is no way these forms are IRS approved. Reordered some through Staples instead since they probably won't be illegal forms and I am returning these even though I used 2 trying to make them work. Do not recommend and a complete waste of my time.

The IRS requires that the right section of the 81/2 x 11 sheet be reduced to a specific size. This is generally accomplished after printing by tearing off the perforated edge. These forms were not perforated and had to be manually cut.

I needed to file a Form 1096 with the IRS. It's basically a summary sheet for the 1099's issued by an employer or contractor. These forms were easy to use and meet all IRS requirements for original forms.

The forms print correctly and are formatted for use in Quickbooks - but they are not perforated so that you can easily remove the right side stub that needs to be removed before mailing. Disappointed

The packages of 1099 forms always have very few 1096 forms. Having these helped me take care of multiple small businesses. These worked fine with quickbooks for both NEC and MISC 1099s.
