I ordered these and thankfully they came QUICKLY so I could get 1099a out before. January 31 this year. Sadly, they do. It have the duplicates so I had to handwrite for each recipient three times all the information. For just five contractors that was fifteen times repetition of the same data. Call me old fashioned but I lived when they had the paper that transfers onto the state filing and recipient copies Copies beneath it. Don’t include copy for me. Otherwise just fine. Guess I lost an hour using these.

I have used this brand in the past with no problems, but for tax year 2023, Copy B is not aligned as well as Copies A and C. After wasting time having to adjust recipient names so they'll fit properly on Copy B (not blocked by the pre-printed text of Street Address, City), it throws the year and dollar amounts too low into the lines below their pertinent boxes, making them less legible. I don't understand the need for the Street Address and City text in the Recipient's box, which would take care of this problem.

I had to adjust and print each 1099 page one at a time because the Copies A,B & C do not line up.
