The envelopes that came with these are for 1099-MISC, NOT for 1099-NEC. Documents do NOT line up properly for mailing as they are a different layout and size. Waste of money as I had to scrounge to find the proper envelopes locally. Not enough time to sort out here.

These should be standard forms - easy to use.I was notified by Amazon that the package would be late in arriving. Upon receipt, it was packed in a brown envelope. Opened that to find a blank white "cardboard" envelope similar to those used by Fed Ex/UPS inside. It was sealed, so I pulled the strip to open. I was expecting a package, but what I got was a bunch of loose papers. I thought, ok, I can still use them. These margins were so far off - nothing aligned. All of them completely useless. So frustrating - spent hours at work and still couldn't get them to print legibly. Complete waste of money. Don't buy from this seller.

The forms work well for printing the 1099 NEC documents and the 1096 documents. The envelopes are not the correct ones as they do not fit the 1099 NEC documents well and the address does not show through the windows well. Better off skipping the set and printing your own envelopes.

Forms are exactly as described and expected. Downside is delivery service. I ordered more than once due to demand and both packages arrived wet as if they had sat in water in the UPS delivery van.

When printing the forms, they would constantly jam in the printer. Forms would jam every 2 or 3 forms.MORE IMPORTANTLY, the envelopes provided did not match up with the printed forms.When the forms were put into the envelopes, for mailing, the employees name and address showed through the windows, as they should. Problem is the employees SS# also was showing through the window for anyone to see. I do not want that exposure for my employees or the liability for me to expose that personal information. TERRIBLE PRODUCT !!!!

These papers stuck together at the perforation. I had to go through the stack and pull them apart before printing. Luckily didn't jam my printer because there was 3 or more pages stuck together multiple times throughout each form.Would not recommend because of this. I don't have time to go through w2s and make sure the perforation isn't attached. Also seemed to have lots of static cling so even when I checked they weren't stuck at the perforation they clung together with static.

The envelopes to not fit with the size of the 1099 NEC - having to staple in place. Also, nightmare lining up with Quickbooks. Not sure why these were a mess this year. Don't understand why they would send larger envelope - very sad because used the forms with no envelope so can't return
