I will say I was hesitant at first to buy this product because of the low cost. I am impressed with the quality of these awls. I use these for Leather working. The work great for lining up before stitching. I use them before stitching to make hand sewing easier. They are also great for marking leather too

Using them as a pottery stylus and they work great! Much stronger than the average metal stylus and I have not had one break yet!

Terrible quality and finish. Crooked, gunk around the edges and handles are poor quality. Disappointed.
