These are pretty wicked cool. I read the reviews before I bought these, and watched the review videos. I looked around too and settled on these for some reasons1) the value for the price. You get 4, for about 44 dollars (when I bought them) which is 11 dollars each, and that includes the cool fire effect lights.Others I had looked at were the same price, but you only got two!2) the height and size. I didnt want anything to giant, or something tiny. I had ordered other lanterns that were tiny!3) the cool effect! I wanted something that looked like fire, without actually being fire, cause I would hate to actually start a fire if one fell or something!Anyway! These are great, they could be a little more sturdy, but again they are plastic. I love that they look like metal though, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you touch them!! Its a nice brushed metal.The width and height are perfect for what I need.I havent really used the timer feature so I cant comment on that.Shipping was super fast and I am super pleased and happy with the product!!!They are also pretty bright in the dark, an added bounus!!I will be buying more of these as I will be using them at my wedding! Super excited these worked out!!!

SO cute! I had seen these at a Christmas production. They had lined the stage and looked SO real, I purchased three and have not been disappointed. I like it that they are enclosed also and plastic as I can use them on our deck and don't have to worry about them if I forget them outside.

I really love these lanterns. I bought 2 sets to use in our yard on Halloween and they were perfect. We placed them throughout our cemetery and pumpkin display. The glow on them is great! I may put a couple in the porch for Christmas. Took away one star since the glass on one of the lanterns arrived broken. I was able to use it I just turned the broken panel to the back and placed it in an area where kids would not be around.

I am in a 1922 cottage and really compliments the porch area at night, perfect for small homes. Long lasting and you can easily change the batteries. Love the timer, comes on promptly at 7:20pm and runs til 11:30pm.

I've put these around my house in case of emergencies.They provide a low illumination, about like a candle, more for accent and ambiance that real light but the battery lasts a couple of months of non stop use.Thumbs up.

put this on a antique table to the side with the other side with fake wood antique books and a small fake plant in the center....out in our "woman cave"....love that it has a timer also. Though this is not real glass it definately looks nice and gives off a cozy vibe. It is not tiny, but is on the smallish side which worked for my table top. Put in the 2 AA batteries and the flicker is bright in a pleasant way. Very happy with my purchase and with Amazon in general how fast they are shipping things to me.

I love the lanterns, ordered 24. 4 arrived with broken panes, one has a broken switch and another a broken handle - so 25% damaged. They need to change packaging.
