Hay hooks would be pretty tough to mess up, and these definitely do the job. Moving hay is much easier with hooks, so save yourself the head ache and the pain of pulling on bailing twine and get a pair of hay hooks.

These feel good in my hand and hook the hay. I don't need or want longer or bigger ones bcz I'm not using them in the field but to unload and stack in the shed. (67 y/o lady, arthritis thumbs).I can't compare to other hay hooks as these are my first. Up till now I've been fiddling for the baling twine and lifting.Added plus, they're RED!

They are plenty strong, the only thing I would change is the handle is welded in place, I'd prefer the handl spins, but it's not a big deal, if you leave your grip a little loose, it spins fine.
