Your cart is empty.1/2” plastic plugs by Caplugs this plug is a flush slightly raised head that measures approximately 3/4” while filling a 1/2” hole. These plugs will fit snugly into sheet metal, but will need cemented in thicker materials either with 3 M body sealant or silicone or an adhesive of your choosing. The inner ring that snaps through the sheet metal is slightly larger than 1/2” by a few thousandths of an inch to make them snap in so to speak so they may be difficult to push in I would recommend that you use a little bit of liquid soap if you are having an issue. These plugs are made of LDPE plastic. And give a professional looking finish. For use on flat surfaces.

Worked great to cover holes from 5th wheel hitch rails in a GMC 2500. The plugs fit snuggly and spread slightly when seated. I used a rubber mallet to seat the plugs. I am happy with the finished look they provide.

I had to drill a half inch hole through aluminum framework on my RV slide out. The aluminum is approximately 1/8 inch thick. This plug fit perfectly and looks really great. It is tight and flush with the surface it's mounted to. It seems to be good quality. If it ever cracks due to sun or weather damage, I have 24 more to replace it with. It's worth the money because it solved a big problem with my project.

I use these for reconditioning used toner cartridges that have no easy way to open the toner chamber, they work perfectly for plugging a 1/2" hole drilled into the toner chamber. They snap in securely and tightly seal the toner powder in and can be removed easily for refilling.
