Im a seasoned tinker... .. .Whent on fine, just that the connection flang.. motor to drain ring is unique. Could not get it to turn and lock, felt like not enough space or rubber seal was to thick. That was not the case though, After replacing the seal three or four times probably the same way😊. They came together as they should. Just a warning if it don't fit , don't force, It'll come together.

Threads are very loose on,,on sink flange,tightend by hand,if you tighten to far it comes loose,slopy threads,will return if it comes loose during operation.only thing wrong with it,which is major.

I got this to replace a garbage disposal with a broken impeller. I don't like the blade in it. It's effective, but my old one used two spinning hammers and a grinding plate. I never felt like I was at risk of injury if I had to fish something out of it. This one has a blender like blade in it that might cut me if I try to retrieve a fallen object even if make sure it can't be powered.

The instructions are really good. Easy to install and comes with everything you will need. Works perfectly. Plenty of power and speed to grind anything. Super quiet when turned on.
