I built out a craft room for a customer and built drawers into the pony wall. I wanted reasonably heavy drawer slides without breaking the bank. She had a budget.These are reasonably priced. Not as good as Blum products but you get what you pay for. They slide fine. I had an issue with a couple not wanting to do the soft close action well, but it wasn’t horrible.I do wonder if the soft close will work once they are loaded. Time will tell.

Appeared to be well made and durable, but maybe not so much:(1) the supplied screws are low grade. When installing them with a torque limiting screw driver into soft wood (fir/pine plywood), I had the heads of two break off after only getting half way through installing 8 pairs of slides.(2) During install, one slide would not operate smoothly. After 2-3 cycles, it got really tight. Upon closer inspection, the bearing retainer was bent and it had lost 3 ball bearings. Fortunately, from doing drawered cabinets for the last 15 years, I always buy a couple of extra pairs since I typically have at least one failure on each project. The replacement installed and works fine.

These say that they self close, but only after enough force is exerted to get them to about 1-1/2 to 2 inches near the final closing point. A) It takes too much force to get them to the self-close point, they are not smooth and B) they should start self closing much earlier. If that was all, I probably wouldn't have written this review however, they are literally falling apart as I am installing them. And not just one of the rails - this has happened with several. The balls are falling out of the tracks and falling all over the floor (see picture). I already have most of them installed and I do not have the time to uninstall and reinstall something different (trying to get a house ready to rent). I'd like to return the ones that are falling apart that I can't use and get a full refund for all of them...actually...I'm going to try that. I'll keep you posted on how that works out. Bottom line - this is one of those you get what you pay for situations.

I ordered the 18-in 6-pack to upgrade the cheap roller style slides for our IKEA mom 6 drawer dresser. I've never installed slides before, but I knew being exact was critical or else it would look bad. Between luck and a bit of ingenuity, I was able to get these things installed and it turned out perfectly. In the case of pre-existing rollers, the hard part is pretty much done for you in that the existing rollers are already level and aligned properly, so there's a good reference to work from. I lucked out and happened to have a piece of metal that was the perfect dimension for a spacer jig - one side is 2" for the dresser side and the other 2â…“ for the drawer side. I carefully installed the screws making sure to drill them in the center of the hole - failure to do so will throw off the alignment. I'm really happy with the result. I would not recommend this for a beginner or someone that doesn't know how to precisely use an impact drill and measuring tape.

Disons que, pour le prix c'est certain qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre a du haut de gamme comme les glissières de la marque BLUM par exemple, ça manque de fiabilité et c'est la graisse qui rattrape les défauts de fonctionnements mais ça fait le boulot. Je recommande tout de même.PS. N'utiliser surtout pas les vis jointes au kit, elles cassent au niveau de la tête, j'en ai payé les frais :-(
