Just what was needed for a guitar speaker cabinet build, the diameter is well outside of the speaker diameter, and mounting tabs perfectly hide the speaker mount hardware. (Using a Celestion V30 for this build). added bonus is the plastic material has enough flex to move a bit and give while still protecting the speaker from accidental contact with anything. The plastic is not brittle, and looks to take paint easily if so inclined.

It's not a bad grill, but if you've got your subwoofer mounted in a wood box, not flush with the box this will be tough to make work.
