I used these to disconnect my in the truck bed battery bank so that I could remove truck camper from truck. Works great, easy disconnect and re-connect.

This along with the wiring I bought were used to make a two into one wiring harness that allows me to connect two Ebike batteries together for extended range and plug them into my controller; doubling my my capacity.

Bought these connectors to connect F150 truck battery to dc-dc charger in our travel trailer to charge the lithium batteries. I ran 4 awg from truck battery to the back of the truck. The connector inside diameter is a bit too big for 4 awg, but by carefully using a hydraulic crimper, I got a good crimp. The issue with the crimp is that the smaller wire allows the hex dies to flatten the crimp connector. As long as the width of the flattened area of the connector allows the crimped part in the plastic housing to move freely, it works. I have had no issues with any of the four assembled connectors. Only complaint I have is that I had to buy covers from a different vendor.

After carefully soldering no.6 awg copper to the metal insert, slide insert into plastic housing until it clicks in place.... or doesn't!! Wasted two tabs trying to get it to click in place. Now using one that didn't quite... and so connectors tend not to mate electrically. Best I can tell the curvature of the metal insert controls clicking in place and there is a bit of variation. Poor design or poor manufacturing.Buy another brand if you don't want to keep cutting and resoldering.

Verwendung als Batteriestecker für meine Solar-Akkus.Anschluss über 25mm²-Kabel, es ist eine passende Presszange notwendig.Ohne Presszange keine Chance.16mm²-Kabel funktionieren auch wenn man länger abisoliert und das Ende doppelt nimmt.Schrumpfschlauch drüber dann sieht es auch ordentlich aus.
