Patent Pending Reversible Cross Dowel Clamp
Attaching the Ultimate Battery Terminal v2 to a recessed battery post is no longer a challenge thanks to our new patent pending clamp screw design. The clamping mechanism can be accessed from the front or rear face of the UBT-20. Installers simply need to arrange the interchangeable brass dowels within the UBT-20 according to application.
Symmetrical Terminal Design - More Flexibilty than the the original UBT!
The Ultimate Battery Terminal UBT-20 offers symmetrical application of our popular Top Post and Vertical Top Post adapters. Installers can now easily manipulate any factory battery application with screw ports on both left and right side, a feature not available with the original UBT!
Simple Set Screw Connections
The UBT-20 also holds a variety of cable sizes by set screws and the two ring terminal ports. Each UBT-20 accepts one each 1/0 and 4 gauge wire. These two set screws are accessible from the bottom of the terminal, even after the insulated color coded cover is in place. The ring terminal ports can hold any gauge cable via the 8mm stud or attach one of our Vertical Top Post adapters for easy OEM integration
SAE Top Post Connectors
Like all automotive battery terminals, the UBT-20 is made to SAE specifications, which means that the positive and negative terminals are machined to different diameters, displayed here by our Vertical Top Post Adapters. This is a reverse polarity safety feature so that installers can not tighten a negative terminal onto a positive battery post and cause serious damage to vehicle electronics.

Gives your install an OEM style look while perfectly retaining your factory battery terminals and OEM positive cover. No more 4 gauge under the stock terminal bolt looking like an amateur installer. These are perfect for installing the "big 3" also as they give you several places to add your 4 or 0 gauge alternator wire in addition to your amplifier wire. Also several places for adding engine and body grounds on the ground terminal. The Allen head bolts are very high quality and you can torque them down with no fear. Disconnecting your battery is a little more involved with these I will warn you. Always disconnect ground first. I like to keep the little covers that come with the battery that go over the exposed top posts. With adding lower gauge wire to your terminals they will tend to want to "spring back" into their normal location. You don't want them connecting to the battery by accident when you aren't ready.

These are very nicely machined and easy to install. I have an Odyssey 34R battery installed in my Honda Element and these were perfect for adding an onboard NOCO battery maintainer as well as an external 12v cable (it goes out the front grille), and there is still the option of a sound system or some other high-power accessory.Everything clamped very securely without requiring any shims, and the terminals feel like they will outlive the car.

i have these installed on a odysee batterys on my 2022 4runner . fits good so i can install 1/0 cables for a big 5 and amp system. the clamp holds really tight. these do not use a spacer ring for the negative . direct clamp. solid clamp

I purchased the V1 terminals awhile back. They've been OK, but the positive terminal finally broke on the terminal clamp. So I decided to order the V2s. Got them in, got through most of the process of changing them over, then as I went to put them on the terminals, found the positive side was missing all the clamping hardware, I pulled the hardware out of the old version? Too tall, so I shaved it down a bit. But bolt was too short. So I got a longer bolt. Then moved to clamping the negative terminal, and the bolt is broken at the head. Awesome. So now I'm stuck with no terminals. PISS POOR QUALITY HERE GUYS! I go to find contact info, can't find it. I'm given some stupid "troubleshoot yourself" option.
