Tips
- Before tapping confirm whether the diameter of the round hole is appropriate, and to take protective measures when working.
- When tapping, it is necessary to add water or coolant to cool down to prevent excessive temperature and reduce tap loss. If it encounters difficulty in rotation, the tapping should be suspended.
- Be sure to select the appropriate cutting oil for the complex tapping process and apply anti-rust oil for maintenance after use.

Understand these are not TOP production grade taps and you are getting a decent product for average maintenance requirements. They work fine. Go slow and straight, use the proper lubricant, and keep the chips cleared out.

There was hardly a noticeable difference between the three taps and the bottoming tap (such as it was) still has the cone shape at the end. not squared off to fully reach the bottom of a hole. It was not a true bottoming tap. I had to grind off the cone tip and made it work adequately for my needs but I'd not recommend, these items.
