I use these trolling motor plugs to connect various solar and battery powered projects. This one looks like the others and is interchangeable. You'll need a mechanical or hydraulic crimper to make a good connection - a typical pliers-type crimper won't have enough force for a good crimp. An extra star because it comes with both the butt connectors and shrink tubing.

This trolling motor plug and socket set is built more robust than both Minn Kota and Tracker OE. The plugs are better formed and watertight. Leads are substantially beefier for more current and less resistance. Included heatshrink also works fine. All hardware was just a pleasure to install. If you want to upgrade or start fresh, this kit should work out.

This connector makes my fishing trip that much better cuz i dont have to take the time to hook up my wires to my battery, with this i can just plug it in and go, great buy
