Auto function
The float valve automatically refills water for your water tank,water tower,livestock,animal water drinker when water drops below the valve level. Once it reaches the valve, it would automatically stop refilling water,so it will shut-off when the water reaches the internal float.
No electricity needed
A ball float valve inside allows water to flow until a specific level is reached. Once the water reaches this level, the float valve will be pushed up with water due to buoyancy and stop the flow of water. When the water level starts dropping, the valve will open again, and the water will start to flow again,so no need electricity.

Excellent for watering chicken! 20 star rating! It’s worth every penny! Now I don’t have to worry about them not having water! The design is excellent and installation was 5 minutes.. Tops! This fills automatically when the water level starts getting lower the where it should be! When I clean the container, I just pull the plug and drain! The water flows through this so I don’t have to drag a hose to the coop! Clean it out.. plug it and it’s ready to go with clean water to the desired level again! Excellent product! No need to go out there everyday to fill up their water!â¤ï¸ Absolutely Love this product! And it’s stainless steel too!â¤ï¸

This valve works perfectly to fill my yard fountain. You do need about 2-3 Inches above the water level for the valve itself, so it would be tough to fit into a smaller fountain. The flow is sufficient to fill the reservoir in a few minutes. I tried another valve (different manufacturer), and the flow rate was too low.

I use this for my humidifier in the winter so i don't have to keep refilling it. It works, but will eventually fail and flood your house if you don't keep a close eye on it. They last for about a year

I also used this in a espresso machine setup as I couldn't find a way to connect the lined directly to the pump interface for the reservoir. I had to use a 1/2" threaded to 1/4" quick connect adapter, no leaks when threaded with the supplied teflon tape and fully tightened.Now I won't forget I am filling it and have the reservoir overflow and leak all over the kitchen.I left the quarter turn in the line so I can quickly shutoff supply to the float when necessary, but the way it works... like modern toilet floats ... with filtered water... I can't imagine it will go bad anytime soon.

This product fails. Starts fine and works fine but it will fail. I bought three bc the design seems good, but all three failed in my cistern. Clean water, reasonable pressure so no reason to fail. But they all did, costing me hundreds of dollars in overflowed water. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
