Purchased these for students who have longer fingernails, so they will have less issues when opening up the clay after centering. They work surprisingly well, hope they are durable enough to last a while.Three different textures haven't, but have not used each texture yet.

I got these for the purpose of throwing bowls and stuff on the wheel and thought they looked like mud work sponges and had to test them out. They aren’t at all like those but I can’t fault them entirely because they are indeed sponges. The quality is pretty low but the sponges work and for cleanup or small to mid sized pieces it does a decent job.

Love these sponges. There thin enough to wrap around your finger but still able to feel the clay in wheel throwing.

The thinner size makes it easier to feel the clay being pulled, vice the thick sponge in the pottery kits. The yellow one, though, is quite porous and doesn't last long. But for students taking a semester or two of ceramics, these will last last long enough.

Ich bin Töpferscheiben-Anfänger und habe mir dieses Set dafür geholt. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Schwämme fein, mittel und grob. Ich find sie jeweils an der Scheibe als auch zum so Töpfern gut!

The density of the sponges were not quite what I was expecting but will still work well. I'm interested to see how long they last. For now they work well.

They were not what I expected, I must have read the description wrong as I was expecting small sponges.
