This battery is labeled as 12v 25ah, but according to the user manual it comes with, there are some discrepancies. The manual says 12.8v (which is pretty standard for this type of battery). The manual also states that it’s manufactured as a 12.8v 10ah battery, but later mentions that it’s 12v25ah. The listing says it comes with m8 terminals, but they are actual m5, so a good deal smaller. My test results are closer to a 12.8v 25ah battery, but it’s actually a little higher. I’ll post all the specs and test results below.Measuring the battery, it is coming in at 7wx7hx3d†(and that includes the terminals). It weighed in at 6lbs 4ozs.When I received the battery it was fairly low, but still had a little bit of a charge on it. It measured 12.67vdc. I put a LiFePO4 10a smart charger on it and during the charging it said the battery was at 20%. The charger started at 1.9a and then leached a max current of 9.6a, then dropped back down to 1.4 to finish the last 5% top charge. It was on the charger for a little over 5 hours before the charger stopped. The manual states that 14.6v is the recommended charging voltage, but I was not able to get charging voltage over 13.96vdc. The BMS cut the battery off before I could get there, the voltage spiked at 17.12v, and the charger switched to “offâ€. With every other LiFePO4 battery I have tested, the charger has been able to reach 14.6v and will indicate “FUL†when done. After charging I let the battery sit overnight and it dropped to a modest 13.72v, which is full. To test this I connected a watt meter and transferred the battery into my delta 2 power station with a constant 100 watt (7.88a) discharge. I was able to pull over 29ah out of this battery which is really impressive considering its 25ah rating. At the end of the test (where the BMs cut power off from the battery), without a load, the battery measured 11.78v.This battery was $79.99 when I ordered it, and it’s $59.99 at the time of this review.I am rating this at 4 stars. I really do like the power it made, and it’s a better deal at $59.99. I don’t like the discrepancies in the manual and listing.

I grabbed this for the battery component in a small DIY power station I was building. The size and specs were right where I wanted them. Now that the project is done, it's working great. I did find that the specs were a little off, but this didn't affect my build. Maybe I got a one-off or slightly different SKU or battery? I'm not sure, but it ended up working fine, so that's all I cared about. (For those wondering, the terminals are smaller than indicated and my testing indicates the batter has more capacity than advertised.)After weeks of using it in the power station, the battery has had zero issues, and I'm completely happy with the purchase. I see that the price has dropped and is currently on sale, too. Perhaps now it's time to purchase another for another project!

The 12V 25Ah LiFePO4 Battery with Built-in 25A BMS is a high-performance rechargeable lithium battery designed for a wide range of applications, including solar systems, power wheels, fish finders, outdoor camping, scooters, and lawn mowers. It features the LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry, known for its stability, long lifespan, and safety. Here's a detailed review of its features, performance, and overall value:Pros:Long Lifespan (3000+ Deep Cycles): One of the most notable features of this LiFePO4 battery is its impressive 3000+ deep cycles. Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are known for their long lifespan, which significantly outlasts traditional lead-acid batteries, which typically last around 500-800 cycles. This battery provides more value over time, making it ideal for long-term investments in solar systems or other outdoor applications.Built-in 25A Battery Management System (BMS): The battery comes with a built-in 25A BMS, which is a critical safety feature. The BMS helps prevent overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, and ensures the battery operates within safe parameters. This is especially important in solar systems and electric vehicles, where consistent performance and safety are essential. It also helps extend the life of the battery by preventing damage from poor charging or discharging practices.Versatile Applications: With its 12V 25Ah capacity, this battery is versatile enough to be used in a variety of applications. It's perfect for solar systems (particularly small to medium-sized setups), power wheels, fish finders, outdoor camping, scooters, and lawn mowers. Its compatibility with multiple devices makes it an ideal choice for users who need a reliable power source across different activities.Fast Charging and Efficient Power Delivery: LiFePO4 batteries are known for their fast charging capabilities and efficient power delivery. This battery can charge much faster than traditional lead-acid batteries, helping to minimize downtime in between uses. The 25Ah capacity offers a balance between a reasonable charge time and enough power to run equipment for extended periods. The efficiency of the battery ensures that power is delivered consistently without loss, which is essential for maintaining the performance of connected devices like solar panels, scooters, or electric motors.10-Year Lifetime: With a 10-year lifespan, this battery is a long-term investment for those looking for a reliable and durable energy source.
