Purchased for my husbands boat. He liked the lighter weight of these batteries over the last set of batteries that came with the boat. Also, batteries were a little smaller which fit into the battery compartment nice and snug. We went fishing yesterday and they worked great for the total of 5 hours that we were out on the lake.

Shipping was faster than expected and product arrived very well packaged. I ordered a 2 bank charger with my 2 batteries because I’m using it in a 24volt trolling motor application. These are half the weight of my lead acid batteries and the instructions for charging and use that came with them were very clear. I’ve charged the batteries but have yet to use them but expect them to perform well in my system.

I love how these saved us some weight on the trailer, much more consistent power draw over lead acid and bluetooth is a fun thing to monitor. The only reason for the 4 star is cold weather (26F) and lithium didn't play well together on one of our trips with the protection mode, but I will likely cover or change location of the batteries on the cold trips moving forward.

Works great for me!! No complaints. After 4 months of use, I confidently ordered a second one on a Back Friday deal. These are used in our travel trailer and I would recommend them.

I would like to start off with their customer service. It is outstanding despite a few minor items that I will get to later. However, a good customer service does not make up for a bad product. Additionally, this review is based on my experience with the batteries that I purchased. Other people may have different experiences. We purchased two Lifepo4 12v 100ah batteries with Bluetooth to replace the lead acid batteries in our trailer. They were delivered within a few days from order. They were well packaged and included terminal bolts, caps and manuals. A very well presented product overall.I charged the batteries separately and connected them in parallel to balance out as instructed by LiTime. I connected them to the LiTime app and created a battery system of 2 parallel 12v batteries and 200ah capacity. I installed the batteries right away in parallel and took the trailer on a camping trip the weekend following delivery. The first thing I noticed is that only one battery (B1) is discharging. The other battery (B2) remained on standby. I kept monitoring the batteries through the app and got concerned when B1 reached 60% SOC while B2 remained on standby at 100%. The concern is a high current between the batteries, should B2 decides to wake up, that could fry the connecting cables although I’m using 2/0 cable to connect the batteries. This could start a fire if not detected early and burn the entire trailer and probably cause a wild fire in the state park.I decided to shut down the discharge of B1 via the app in the hope for B2 to start discharging and balance out. The app did not let me do that as the batteries are in a system. When I tried to access the battery system and remove it, the app could not find the system as I did not have internet service. Apparently, the battery system only works with internet service, which is not what anybody wants with most of camping is done in areas with no internet service. As B2 remained on standby and B1 hovering around 50% SOC, I decided to put a large load in the hope to push B2 to discharge. I used my 2000 watt inverter to draw around 80 amp from a coffee maker for a couple of minutes. Instead of B2 waking up, B1 SOC dropped from around 50% to 5%. This is when I realized that B1 is defective. My Victron SmartShunt indicated a total discharge of only 12 ah, while the LiTime app indicated a discharge of 95ah within a few hours of light power draw usage.I disconnected B1 from the trailer and started discharging B2. I applied the same 80 amp load and the SOC tanked from 97% to 9% within 3 minutes. I realized then that both batteries are actually defective. With both batteries dead, with no heat in the trailer in a cold day and a 7 month old baby onboard, I had to pull my good old Honda generator to keep the baby warm and recharge the LiTime pieces of junk.Fortunately, all this happened while the batteries are eligible for return on Amazon. I contacted LiTime right after the trip via Amazon. I noticed that the reps do not communicate well in English. I have to admit though that they were very nice. They informed me that one battery discharging is totally normal and I had to turn off the discharging via the app!! Am I here to enjoy camping with the family or keep an eye on the batteries and turn on and off the discharging?!!Who would want to spend their entire trip looking at the useless LiTime app and ensure that their trailer does not burn?! One battery discharging to 5% SOC while the other is at 100% is not normal Mr. LiTime rep. THAT COULD BURN THE ENTIRE TRAILER DUE TO OVER-CURRENT!! After a few email exchange, they agreed to send me UPS return labels and give me a full refund.I understand that some people had positive experiences with LiTime batteries, but I did not. I would stay away from them, especially when considering a parallel setup. I am suspecting that the cells in the LiTime batteries that I received are recycled and were used in an other application. Most likely, they put new packaging on the used cells and sell them as new.If this is true, I believe this company should be banned from selling their dangerous product and put people’s lives in danger.
