This comes from China on the slowest boat available apparently. If you need it quickly don't order this one. Seriously need a country of origin tag on Amazon.This one also doesn't have the internal/external ground wire

Was not able to regulate voltage.. if I revved engine beyond 3000 rpm voltage would jump from 13.5 - 16+. It was installed in a snowmobile.

First have to say used this on a non-battery stator Vintage Vespa - so voltages can fluctuate from anywhere from 9-10 volts at idle all the way to almost 18-20 volts at high rpm. The AC to DC function did not appear to work from out of the box (ie; the rectifier).
