I own and operate a golf car repair facility and I've been installing these as a less expensive alternative to the factory part. The product comes well packaged so you should receive it in very good condition. I've installed several of these and each has performed perfectly. I purchased a starter/generator for my golf cart. It lasted six months. It has a one year warranty, I emailed the vendor and tried to call the vendor with no response. stay away from this vendor their products and their service is totally useless.
