Please note, we have pre-installed the arbor to the drill chuck and lubricated together against rusty. Before buying, please be aware that the subject Drill Chuck ONLY works for MT3 (Morse Taper #3) by which means the spindle hole Dia must be 0.94". For first time use, please uninstall the arbor and drill chuck and clean the lubricate to prevent the possible slippery. Please be aware, ZLC is our brand name. The chuck operates smoothly with the key - some chucks are way too tight. Drills accurately on my lathe and tight fit in the taper.

Been using (2) of these on my metal lathe for about a month. Short of being an American Made Jacobs chuck, these have worked flawlessly. Can't beat them for the cost.

This is a great drill chuck and arbor. It is precise and machined very well. If your tail stock is a MT3 it will fit no problem. Having a chuck key will make it easy to keep your bits from slipping and easy removal.
