Needed to install some 3/4” PVC through concrete slabs. My 18” bit was cutting like butter through my barn slab, but I ran out of bit before breaking through the bottom. Needed about 6 more inches. Bought this guy thinking I might as well go big and have it available next time. Upon swapping to this but my cutting speed dropped to about 1/3 of what it was. Some of that is to be expected simply due to the bit having more mass, but I really had to lean on my rotohammer more than I like to to get this guy to cut. The 18” bit cuts under the tool’s weight, but this guy took a lot of my body weight. It does cut, and it held up just fine so far, just be prepared to lean on it a lot.
