Very practical when starting or extracting screws without dropping and loosing them. As long as the screws are able to be attracted by a magnet, these are very useful and sure beat looking for a screw under objects or in the grass. Low cost time savers.

They don’t hold screw very well, just barely and they fall off the bit. I would keep looking.
