Purchased these as a give away for my ukulele class and I would treat it more as a toy than even a $5 to $10 dollor one. Of course you get what you pay for but I wanted to find out the quality of these inexpensive instruments. They are playable but the construction of the plastic seems thinner than the ones we purchase to actually teach recorder class.

I purchased these for my beginning music students. I tested one and they are impossible to play. Holes don't seal with fingertips, pitches are off, and there is no scale to be played. Only 3 notes sounded. Fa, sol, and la. I will be inquiring to return these and just purchase real Yamaha soprano recorders.

Don’t waste your money, cheap plastic, smaller than a real recorder. Nothing like what my kids had in school.
