The "SHINICO 1-5/8" Unistrut Trolley Limit Hardware for Strut Channel" is a standard construction fixture for strut channels, and this brand faithfully produces an in-spec product at a better price point than big box stores. Steel, springs, and rubber bushings are identical to the standard hardware store products. I highly recommend for same quality, better price than brick and mortar stores.

I have been using these systems for years now both in a studio and in the garage. It feels silly that I didn't even look for a solution like this so the trolley didn't slide. Seriously, I'm almost embarrassed. When this came up in my recommendation it seemed so obvious that these limiters exist. It's really a simple piece of hardware that makes it so much easier to secure what you're moving across the channel on these trolleys. What else is there to say but that you're not going to need to rig something up to keep those trolleys from being pulled out.

SHINICO 1-5/8" Unistrut Trolley Limit Hardware for Strut Channel, U Bracket,Garage Door Rollers, Beam Trolleys, Hoist Trolley, 2Pcsnot a perfect solution but works. very cumbersome to get the washer/spring/rubber stopper into proper placement within the strut. once in and bolted tight the rubber washer on the open end of the strut does seem to hold well, obviously you have the other end thru a metal oval in the strut to lock its position. but the rubber washer can slide if hit hard. i think this is a fussy characterization of the workings but its worth noting. nonetheless, if you are using the strut skates hanging say fromt he ceiling, this will stop them from flying out. as long as you run the bolt thru one of the holes it aint going anywhere.

I have a hoist for lifting things up to a mezzanine and I needed these to stop the trolley from sliding out the end of the unistrut channel. They work perfectly. I tested the unloaded trolley by sliding it against these stoppers pretty aggressively and they didn't budge so it should be plenty strong to hold a slow moving hoist. There are no installation directions but a quick reference to the sale page shows exactly the sequence of the washers, stoppers, and springs, so installation was easy.

I ordered these to insert into Unistrut p1000 1 5/8" channel struts to hold in two sets of trolley wheels. I won't be able to install them until I return to my vacation home in late Spring. However, they are substantial and I have little doubt they will serve their purpose.

I did not know these Unistrut Trolley Limits existed as I had used long bolts perviously as limits. Both work, but these are better in many ways. First, the rubber bumper protects the ball bearing slider from damage with a more gentle stop. Second, these are much more secure than using a single bolt at the limit. Expensive but worth it.

I didn’t even realize these were a thing and I’ve always had to configure random bolts, washers and nuts to stop the trolley from sliding right out the end of the Unistrut. These work so much better!

These include everything you need for Unistrut but I intended to use them for barn door box channel which is much taller. I changed the bolts out to longer ones and they work great on my barn door.
