These are definitely worth the price if used as advertised (for binding papers and such). Although, if you purchased, or plan on purchasing, them to use for keys and such, expect to replace them every few months. After unclasping & reclasping the ring a few times, it becomes loose and at will eventually unclasp on its own when most inconvenient.

Not very practical for everyday use because it does get loose and looses its strength to lock in place.

Not as big as the ones I get before. Little shy of 1 1/2" outer. 1 1/4" inner measure. Might hold practically a 1" stack.
