This cane in a great box. It's just a little bigger than I thought, but it fits in my oven nicely. It is flatter and broader than I surmised. It would work well with pork chops, chicken breast and a whole chicken. It can be used without the lid and possible with a roasting bag.

Made my stuffed turkey without requiring basting at all. Came out perfectly browned and fall off the bone tender and the oven was never opened once during the time.
