I discovered years ago that using these in pairs can be extremely useful for connecting poles and such in a T.For pics I just used some vac tubes for an example. But, for my current project, I'll be using them for an awning on the front of my home.I put up some shade cloth with one edge fastened along my roof line. On the opposing edge I ran some top rail poles used for chain link fence along the length and secured it with hooks. Then I used the same type poles for legs and attached them temporarily to the horizontal poles. I used some fasteners I had on hand but needed a better option. These are the perfect size and will hold them together more securely.Just an FYI: I used stakes and rope to secure and tension the legs like circus tent poles.Great product. Great value.
