1. Furnace body is made of steel(1.5mm thick), superior strength and durability;
2. Large furnace, could contain 6KG to 16KG crucibles.
- Furnace Body Size: 12" diameter x 15" height (30cm x 37cm)
- Inner Size: 8" diameter x 10"Height (20cm x 24cm)
3. Large Crucibles
- 16kg crucible: 6.5'' diameter (16.5cm), 7.8'' height (20cm). It can melt 30KG gold,18KG silver,15KG copper,5KG aluminum.
- 6kg crucible: 4.7''(diameter) x 5.8''. It can melt 6kg brass or 1.8kg aluminum or 7kg silver
- Double forge burners. Each output is 100,000 BTU
Adjustable High Pressure Gas Regulator
The gas hose and regulator input QCC type, output 5/8", which can hook up to American standard Propane Tank directly.
The maximum output can reach up to 30PSI (CSA). You could adjust the pressure with the regulator.
- It does not work with BBQ low pressure gas tank fitting.
- Furnace or forge requires high pressure gas to reach temperatures.
Connect the Burner to the Furnace
1. Put the coupler (the bell shape flame outlet) inside the hole
2. Slide the steel pipe through the hole
3. Screw into the coupler by thread
- Use the ceramic insulation to seal the gap between burner and furnace, which could prevent the fire splash
- Pull the burner outward after the burner installed, keep the burner head immersed in the caremic insulation, which could protect the burner head and ensure the crucible can be placed in the furnace properly.
- The burner head is connected by thread, which could be replaced directly if it were damaged during long time smelting.
2 inch thickened ceramic insulation
The forge burner blowout blue flame, providing the highest temperature for melting.
The furnace is built-in ceramic fiber heat insulation thickness up to 50mm, Excellent heat insulation effect.
Window to observe flames and stirring
There is a observation window on the lid, you could observe the flames easily.
If there is needed, you could add metal and stir with the carbon stickes.
Melting points below 2372℉(1300℃)
The furnace melting points up to 2372℉(1300℃).
You could melt copper, aluminum, gold, silver and othe metal. (no steel or iron)
Crucible could withstand up to 3272°F(1800℃)
The crucible could withstand up to 3272°F(1800℃).
Heat the empty crucible to temperature of about 500 degF and hold it for about 5 minutes before casting.

The threads did not line up I tried to email and never got a response there was no number to call so I wrote a review on Amazon and the responded right away I just wanted a new part thought I would have to return the whole burner not be able to use disappointing because it was a gift I finely was able to reach them and the did send a replacement part I was totally thankful

My burner arrived with some damages from shipping (which I had repaired myself). I had posted a review that explained the situation, and within hours the seller contacted me. We discussed the situation and the seller has claimed that they will do their best to make packaging better to prevent this in the future. I believe them. They went above and beyond to make this right for me.This is a simple product to assemble. Very basic design, I feel it is a good beginner design.

Burners were poorly cast and melted down. Caused a gas leak and small explosion and fire.

Expected better directions one little piece of paper with five pictures. Very cheaply made stripped bolt holes out and barely tightened had to retap to 1/4†that hold the burners in and replace bolts. I am a beginner they should send directions telling you how to operate what to set the regulator at and so on. But I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.

Have yet to melt in this, as it was shipped with a few missing parts. One quick email to the manufacturer and the parts that were lacking are being shipped to my door.
