This is the same quality if not better than the original one. They say it’s improved and I don’t doubt it. The model number is slightly different than the original but that is not an issue. All wires hooked up the same and you really don’t need instructions. It was in a sealed package. I am surprised the price was so low. My HVAC man quoted $400 for replacement !!!

I did DIY without calling for AC technician and saved few hundered dollars. Installation was very easy and I used guidance from youtube videos for the same. Customer service also answered promptly my shipping queries and arranged to send the board asap since I live in AZ and my AC unit was only running on jumper cable I used temporary and summers are already started so proper functionality was desperately needed. I am all good and control board is doing its job now. Highly recommended this business to all my friends and relatives and Amazon customers who need this part.
