Easy to install. Instructions were useless and shower hose was so so but I knew about all that before I ordered it. Seems pretty reliable.

We purchased two of these. The first one froze and had water leaks. The second one caught on fire.

Wasn't easy to keep a consistent temperature but after running a few minutes it evened out. Then about 3 weeks of use and it just stopped coming on. Also worth noting upon connecting and turning on water for the first time it has a loose fitting that was leaking water. 19mm wrench, easy fix. Until it wouldn't turn on at all a couple weeks later. Waiting for a replacement and will give it 1 more try. Glad I bought the 3yr warranty on this thing. If this one doesn't last I'll be going with a different tankless LP water heater. 21Dec2024

Worked great for a few weeks until it sprung a leak on the upper coil elbow. Looked like it had frozen but was never subject to cold weather. The Crack was quite big so I Saudered it up and is working good again.. cheap copper with a aluminum coating. I work in refrigeration and never seen such cheap construction.

This is the best instant water heater I have purchased to date, it displays in fahrenheit has great temperature control and pressure section.

Arrived d.o.a. would not power on, not even the red power dot, or the display. This is the most cheaply made, poorly designed piece of garbage I ever purchased on Amazon, and that's saying something. Looks like it was cobbled together by special ed toddlers, and given the country of origin, that is certainly possible. Not only do I not recommend, I would not wish this thing on my worst enemy. So here I am, 2 weeks without any hot water to shower or wash dishes still, and even if I wait for a replacement I cant even wash my a$$ for Christmas. This goes beyond disappointment to being worthy or outright retaliation and possibly war crimes.

So was very easy to set up and use. But needs adapter to connect to hose. And the shower hose connector is cheap and plastic. Needs higher quality fitting.

Works perfectly. Other ones I bought took forever to get the water temperature to adjust so it's not to hot or cold! This one adjusted easily and stays that way
