Hexagonal Socket
You can buy hexagonal sockets of different sizes in this series of products to apply to different tasks.
1/2-inch Square Driver
The hexagonal driver socket is 1/2 inch square drive. Matching drivers such as spiny wheels and drivers can work very easily.
Extended Design

This is the most commonly used size in our shop. It is great to be able to buy individually instead of an entire set to replace one socket.Very rugged ,stands up well to the impact wrench. Very clearly marked.Will buy again.

I was pretty disappointed with the strength of this Allen head socket. It twisted immediately under manual torque, prompting the need to grind it down and try it again. Once again, the edges twisted and rendering it useless. The second attempt ruined the bit completely because there weren't enough octal edges available for a third grind. An 8mm Allen is nearly the same diameter as a pencil and should have withstood what my weak ass arm pressure put on it. Get what you pay for I suppose.
