I tried another pump that said it had the same head, etc. wouldn't even lift one story. This one is a beast. Tons of power. Power cord is quite long. Plastic fittings are not super confidence inspiring, but haven't given any problems yet. Price was good too.

Lovely Pump, But made a BIG Mistake when ordering. Forgot about the Voltage ( 110 V )Here we use 220V. So now stuck with the Pump, unless I look for a Step Down Transformer,which run around USD 70-80

I would give it 0 stars . Second one and it failed within a couple days same as first. Company was great in a replacement but now replacement failed. Lesson learned the price is the quality. Will take the 40 dollar lesson and buy something else.

Mi opinión sinsera,es que la bomba muy buena solo que las conexiones de salida son muy frágiles hay que tener cuidado. Del resto buen cauda de salida, es si silenciosa, y su arquitectura bastante buena. Solo ese detalle. Por ello le doy 4 estrellas. De lo contado la es doy 5.

I replaced an old sump pump that was basically the same thing (only cost 5 times as much). After install I tested and works great. Well worth the money.

So I bought this and right out of the box. It looks decent but the float cord is a little too long for most small sums and it hits the side and won’t come up so I use a zip tie and zip tie the cord to the handle and it’s perfect, then turn around and the first time the sump kicks in it picks up a couple of little pebbles that other smaller sump pumps have just sucked up and put out and immediately try to shove them out the side of the housing, causing deformation as shown in the pictures and it actually stopped the pump from turning Thankfully, thermal protection had kicked in and shut the pump off and that resulted in my house. Almost flooding with some really heavy rains yesterday. I am not very happy with that.
