I use this cord to make little loops that can be either hung on your Christmas tree or you can use a hook. I think they turned out nice and they were easy to use.

Lovely shimmer, and doesn’t fray as many metallic threads and cords do. Nearly invisible when used for hanging ornaments. Can see many uses for it.

See picture...THE SINGLE DARK GOLD BRAIDED STRAND OF TWINE ON THE RIGHT IS WHAT I RECEIVED. The lighter yellow gold twisted twine on the left of it is what I needed.The quality is good BUT I NEEDED TWISTED TWINE instead of braided twine and I also needed a more lighter yellow gold to incorporate in a macrame project that's using light green/sage rope so I won't be able to use this. If it had been twisted, it could possibly have worked out for me but it's not twisted. *sad face *I was going to deduct 2 stars because I can't use it for my project; however, in all fairness I only deducted 1 star because the description failed to indicate whether or not it was braided or twisted. I understand that seeing colors online can sometimes be misleading due to lightning, camera flash, different screens on phones and computers so I did not deduct a star for the darker gold color or for it not being exactly what I needed. I DEDUCTED 1 STAR FOR THE LACK OF DESCRIPTION. It should have indicated whether the twine was braided or twisted (I don't think I overlooked it in the description but if I did, I apologize).I really needed a twisted twine because it is easy to unravel and it produces a straighter and better looking fringe to incorporate with a macrame project I will be working on. I could probably use it for something else later on but I NEED SOMETHING NOW that works for my project***QUALITY ***THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE QUALITY.If you don't care that it's braided or you like or need dark gold (or dark silver) to embellish gift wrap, use as twine for hanging ornaments, or a bajillion other crafts, it is PROBABLY PERFECT FOR YOUR CRAFT. It just wasn't exactly what I needed.

Can't tie a bow and end unravels. Hope a bit of glue keeps the ends together. Should have gotten DMC for cardmaking
