Fit well on old Earthquake 43cc auger. Much better design than OEM. Hope this will cure tank cracking issue.

As everyone knows it is tough buying certain things online. Not knowing if the product is the right one or hoping it will fit etc. Well, I have a E43 Earthquake ground drilling auger that hasn’t run in over 5 years. The auger was given to me by a family member that stated it wouldn’t run. Cracked fuel tank and dry rotted fuel lines. After purchasing a carburetor kit and this fuel tank I replaced them. This fuel tank was a perfect replacement. It was very easy to put on. No instructions, but if you’re mechanically inclined you’ll be fine.

Going through a few winters, our gas tank finally gave up. I ordered this replacement and my hubby was able to put it on in no time. Hopefully, we'll get a few years out of it before the winter takes over again.

Although the tank does work and serves its purpose, I subtracted a star because some of the mounting holes don't match the original.
