These cabinet jacks are an incredible time-saver, and I’ve officially become a new fan of Power Nature’s jack kit. They’re well-made with quality materials, and I especially like the non-slip pads—they hold firm without leaving marks on countertops or cabinets. For my current project, I’m repurposing and installing cabinets in our garage. As fate would have it… I’m working alone, which makes these jacks a total game changer. Once the cabinets are positioned against the wall, I can easily fine-tune the height and level with just one hand. With a working range of 13" to 24" and a rated 150 lbs load capacity, I haven’t had any issues installing upper cabinets solo. (Not that I’m heaving 150-lb cabinets against the wall!) But even with heavy-duty cabinets, these jacks hold them securely in place without breaking a sweat. The holding mechanism is solid and durable, built to last.Bonus Uses – Beyond Cabinets!I’ve also found these jacks surprisingly useful for other non-cabinet tasks:> Holding the driver’s seat in position while working underneath it in my truck.> Acting as a throttle pedal stand—perfect for keeping the engine revved while helping a neighbor jump-start their car. (But let’s keep that between us!)Final Verdict – For DIYers, this kit is a fantastic value. It’s been a huge help for me, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. If you’re working solo or just want an extra set of “hands,” these jacks are worth every penny!

This is basically a reworked clamp spreader design which has large jackpads on the ends so you can lift cabinets. For the price The body is made of round tube, and when extended is only held in place with a screw clamp. This can be problematic if not tightened down enough, which you might not know until it's too late. It needs pins or some sort of locking mechanism. While the main supports are metal, many of the joins are made of cheaper plastic. The jackpads are large and nice. There are some rubberized pieces on the end to help with a solid grip and prevent marring. These come with a storage bag, which is nice, but the bag is way to large in my opnion.Overall, if you are doing a couple of kitchens, or even just your own, and need an extra set of hands, these will do just fine. I personally have no reservation about using this, but will be very careful to tighten everything down. If you intend to do a bunch of kitchens, I would look for something with locking pins and a little more rugged design.

This 2-pack of cabinet jacks is a valuable tool for installing kitchen cabinets, especially for those working alone. I found them to be stable and secure throughout the installation process. They make it easier to hold cabinets in place even when multiple people are involved in the job. With an adjustable height range of 13" to 24" , these jacks offer flexibility for various cabinet installations. The manufacturer states a 150-pound vertical support capacity, though it is unclear whether this applies to each jack individually or both combined. In my experience, they felt stable even when fully extended. The 360° rotating head, equipped with non-slip soft pads, prevents damage to surfaces while allowing for easy positioning. The quick-release lever and rotating head allow smooth, one-handed adjustments, during installation.I also own a similar pair of jacks that lift from 0" to 16.9" , which are useful for tasks like raising beds to slide rugs underneath. However, because these cabinet jacks have a minimum height of 13" , they are primarily designed for supporting cabinets and are not suitable for lifting lower items. While they excel in their intended use, those looking for more versatility in height adjustment may need to consider other options. For solo cabinet installations, they are worth the price, even if you use them once.

These don't have any locking pins like the nicer cabinet jacks. The first time I tried them, I figured I tightened the clamps a reasonable amount, but the telescoping section slid under much less weight than advertised. You have to crank down the knobs painfully tight to get them to hold their advertised weight, and I fear the clamp will break doing that every time (it's only plastic). Not to mention it's not a particularly comfortable knob to tighten that much. They might be fine for cheap cabinets, but I build custom cabinets that tend to weight a lot more than stock cabinets. They should add locking holes with push pins to relieve the clamp of taking all the weight. I will probably drill the tubes at least once for a pin to use them in the range of normal height upper cabinets (18" above countertops).

These cabinet jacks are a great extra hand for solo projects like installing shelving and cabinets. The build feels solid and they operate smoothly. They adjust from 13 inches at their lowest to a full extension of 24 inches and can pivot on both ends. Each end has rubberized pads to prevent slipping and scratching. The top mechanism works similarly to a caulking gun for raising the top portion with a metal tab to release it back down ... really simple to use. The lower blue section adjusts by loosening the black knob and extending the metal tube then tightening it back to lock in place. They're rated to hold 150 pounds which I assume is the combined capacity? So... 75 pounds per jack should be a safe estimate since the description doesn’t specify and there wasn't any instructions or specifications in the box.Overall, great tool to have for solo projects...pays for itself over and over!

I like that these are ready to use and can be used with one hand. So many times doing household and small shop projects, you just need another hand to hold something up in place. I can see these being used multiple times. These will really be useful because they only take one hand to lock them in place. So look forward to using them.
