It works perfectly!!! The only thing is the beep sound everytime a button is pressed. The remote signal is better than any branded unit that I installed before.

They sent the cartridge with only the 3 connecting wires to the fan but not for the remote. This happened after the original fan didnot come with a compatible catridge.

Simple install as long as you have the room inside the fan hanging bracket cover.
