Fan Remote Control Replacement
Check the part number on the back of your original remote, it need to have one of the FCC ID/Model numbers listed below.

These models of remote controls are working on the same frequency(303.9MHz) and have the same function.
If this replacement works on a different frequency or programs do not match than your original remote control, it can not replace your original remote even they looks very similar.
Please note that KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T and CHQ7202T1 ,A25TX007R , TX007 , TX007-R , A25-TX007R1 , TX007-N , TX007-L , TX007S , TX007LS , TX007R1 , TX007-LR Not Be Replaced.
How to set
NOTE:
- This harbor breeze replacement remote compatible with FAN30R, FAN28R, FAN18R and UC7067FMRX receiver.
- If your receiver is FAN18R, FAN28R, UC7067FMRX or other compatible receiver that has the DIP switches, you need set the same DIP Codes on the transmitter and receiver
- If your receiver is FAN30R, do not need to set the codes on the receiver. Please use LEARN button to match the transmitter and receiver
Set different PIN code if control multiple ceiling fans
NOTE:
- If you control multiple ceiling fans in the house, please check the PIN code settings are different between these, or it may let transmitter next door or your neibourhood's remote activates this ceiling fan in your other rooms. This may cause the fan turning on strangely while you are not at home.I
- If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.

This works so much better than the one that came with the fan. Simple app setup and the remote works like a charm. The remote comes in a wall plate, but pops right out for handheld use.

After about 3.5 years of using a Harbor Breeze fan remote, it quit working. I sought a replacement and found this one. The first remote sent did not work. I promptly sent it back (free return!) Within two days the new remote arrived. Placed the battery in the remote, set the dip switches to match the fan controls and within a few moments it was back in working order. I will note that it took a few moments for the remote to sync with the fan receiver. (In fact, I initially thought the second remote was defective as well.) However, once synced it has worked like a charm ever since. I have three other identical fans in my home with the same remote. If, or perhaps when, these quit working I would definitely purchase another as a replacement!

I just installed it today. Ignoring the weight of the fan and the fact that I did it alone, it was an easy installation. It’s a little bigger than the one that came with the fan, but it still fit. It’s very easy to set up and works great with Alexa. Crossing my fingers that the continues to work so well

This looks like the original remote for my Harbor Breeze fan, but my remote does NOT have dip switches. The product description lists the remote as a replacement for the remote with code KUJCE 9603. However this remote is NOT compatible with the fan receiver. I used a brand new battery and tried every combination of the 4 dip switches, in case the fan receiver had one of the settings even though the original remote had no dip switches, but the remote could not connect with the fan receiver. I used the reset button, and powered the fan off and on, to no avail.Luckily for me the original remote started working again (the "rest cure"), so I know the problem was not with the fan.Probably a good replacement for remotes that do have the 4 dip switches.

Works as expected. It turns out the problem was the remote. Didn't have to change the receiver.
