They came safely encased in thick styrofoam: 2 lamp tops, 2 metal tubes per lamp, two weighted bases, and two white charging wires with a USB end. I started charging the lamp tops immediately. I had thought to purchase lamps like these that were rechargeable and could be easily moved to a spot that I needed an extra light but perhaps where no outlet was located. I live in the Pacific Northwest that is prone to wind storms and unfortunately increasing power outages. I've used flashlights in the past when I had to wait hours for power to come back but they do not diffuse the light well. I finally purchased these a few weeks ago, and with the winter weather we have lost power twice. I love these lamps and use them in the living room but am able to carry them to different rooms as needed. They look nice and modern. The different settings allow for soft or bright settings and keep my great room well lit on those power outage moments. Originally my plan was more for my outdoor deck seating area which they will work well, but honestly, this is a great purchase. They have been wonderful especially for those power outages and I'm able to recharge them quickly. Thumbs up on these!!!!!!!

They came safely encased in thick styrofoam: 2 lamp tops, 2 metal tubes per lamp, two weighted bases, and two white charging wires with a USB end. I started charging the lamp tops immediately. There’s a red light emanating whilst charging, and green when they’re charged. It took a very long time to fully charge, so I set up the sturdy bases with one metal tube or two, depending on the height you want. I have one high, one low. Everything connects together easily, and you operate the lights with a simple touch: one for warm light, two for bright light, and three for white light. My favorite is the warm light, setting one.I tested these out at Thanksgiving, putting one in a hall bathroom to provide enough light so guests aren’t left to fumble around looking for a light switch. The other I put on top of a stand near a dark corner where there’s a landing on the stairs. I got so many compliments! I think I’ll buy a set as a gift and another for me.

We have smaller nightstands so these lamps were the perfect size! They are very slim and sleek and provide the right amount of light at night. Charging is quick and simple and I love how they can be moved around since they are cordless. Overall great purchase.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lamps. Expected them to be light-weight, but these are very sturdy and look elegant. Charge easily with the USB cords (provided) and the various light settings offer something for every taste or use. Ours work well on mantle which has been a dark spot. The only downside is that the charge does not last very long - if left on for a whole evening they are pretty much down to very dim/off - otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect little lamps! Love the brightness options very pretty- clean sleek design. We use them everywhere- take them out to the dock when entertain out there they give a great ambiance with just enough light (which can be adjusted), put them in the middle of mat when playing mahjong in the evenings for our outside evening bayside play days - a million uses! They have a long life/light time with each charge. Definitely recommend

Surprised by the all steel construction of the base and stem, being more stable than similar lamps of plastic construction. The two piece stem provides user with two heights. Using both of the threaded tubes leaves a very nearly invisible joint, even close up.The simple design hides the charging port while power/dimmer switch is on top of the shade. Finger touch control provides on /off and 3 selectable color balances, dimmable by holding button down until desired light level is reached. Found the brighter levels very suitable for reading and writing at my desk only taking up more real estate than a square Post-it pad.Think these would do well with any decor.[Edit] discovered that each of the three light colors, white warm, and comb retain light levels in memory...nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by these lamps. They are sturdy and have some weight to them. The give off a nice light and I like the three options. They charge easily and quickly. A real find compared to some of the lamps that are the same style but hundreds of dollars more.

I just received today; so I can not attest to how long charge lasts; but they look great. Well made. Easy to assemble & will be easy to change if I decide to go higher & add the additional stem piece on 1 or both lamps. I am super happy with the appearance. Update after a few weeks of use ...do not last long. Have to recharge every 2 -3 days if you use just 3 hours a day. Also, takes a full day to charge.

I liked the fact that it is smart looking, not lightweight to be knocked over. Has 3 light settings and makes a nice alternative to placing candles on the table. Great for blackouts as well!

We are happy with the purchase. These lights do the job we wanted them for. They look understated and are heavy enough not to topple over at the slightest bump.I did not realise they required charging with a USB cable and there is no plug provided, so lucky the cables fitted our phone chargers.The instructions were written in such tiny print, that they were useless unless magnified with a digital camera.
