Have this installed for about 3 weeks and no issues. Hoping it has been life as other bulbs seem to burn out quickly. Only negative is the packaging...as it was slipped in a regular envelope with no padding. Can't believe they survived! Maybe that speaks positively of their durability.

These are the only lights my aquatic turtle will bask in and not break with all his splashing. Durable!

This is my second review for the second bulb in the 2 pack: it was just as bad as the first bulb. Have barely used for a few months and it broke - the same way: the bulb separated from the base - Ugh! Luckily seems like no small pieces fell into the tank - could have killed my turtle if it would try to eat some small metal pieces or a piece of glass!I would give it -1 stars if I could!

I've gotten this brand at the pet store, they never lasted very long, I thought it was the way they were handled at the store, I purchased them on Amazon, the one light burnt out in less than 2 weeks. I've come to realize these are just junk bulbs. The company might have better products. But this product is NOT worth the money, time, or effort of even purchasing.

Arrived promptly. However one of the bulbs burned out after just a few days. Luckily, the 2nd bulb seems work as expected so far.
