Very heavy duty - thick and rock solid. I have purchased much more expensive versions for other projects and these are equivalent if not better quality. They are all very close to a exactly 90 degrees but anyone who has used these knows that it is extremely challenging to get them installed precisely in the first place so shims may occasionally be needed if the framing isn’t perfect to begin with. I used these for a wall bar and cut away the sheet rock over each stud and offset the bracket to use the two outside holes and center hole. The countersink on the bracket will determine the final position so it is important to line them up and drill pilot holes. I mounted the outermost two, clamped a board in pace and then clamped the other two to it in order to ensure alignment. The screws are very hard. I shattered two impact bits driving them home. I ended up using a softer bit (cheaper) so that the screws didn’t strip and the bit took up the impact. I liked these enough I buying another set.

I installed these on my cabinets, before my new counter tops were installed. They were heavy and strong. I have had them installed for over a year and I have no concerns about my counters having the support they need.

If you need a heavy duty item, this is it. I was not able to use it, as they are just too heavy! Nice product. Not sure how I can use it. Was not able to return.

It’s safe to say the wall is coming down before these shelf brackets give. We used 1.5†butcher block counter tops cut down to size for our closet shelves. I wanted a bracket that allowed full use of the shelves below and didnt want a support across the shelf. I was concerned about durability but after reading the reviews on these I gave them a shot. They didn’t disappoint. They’re incredibly heavy, come with all the hardware, and they’ll serve their purpose. I was especially happy with the hardware. I typically always use my own hardware but after seeing this included hardware I gave it a shot. You get a few extras but none of the screws stripped out going in to the studs, and they are definitely quality screws. We will be using the same brackets for our pantry shelves as well.
