Used to replace the original flush mounted door latch. Simple push in a little and the spring loaded magnetic stay pushes the door out far enough to open. Push closed and it's flush again. Strong magnet and simple installation.

These are not for a medium to heavy usage, the plastic and spring aren't that strong. But, they work very well for a lighter weight cabinet door, and I'm pleased with the purchase.
