Kindly note:
- The hour and minute hands had a protective plastic coating that needs to be carefully removed.
- Be careful not to bend the hands with too much pressure.
- Do not tighten the brass hex nut too tight
- Press hard to get all clock hands in place
- Check if all hands are aligned
- Check the size before buying.

Ordered this to replace a motor inside a cool old clock I found at a thrift shop. I wasn't able to re-use the original hands, but the ones that came with this kit had an array of choices and i ended up finding a perfect set. Smooth second hand, no ticking. Recommend.

Had a nonfunctional clock from my old air cooled 911Porsche, sitting in my parts bin. Had already tried to revitalize but wasn’t successful. My son 3D printed out a housing and I bought this kit hoping the smaller sized clock would allow at least one set of hands to be used. The lot came with clear and concise directions, and the measurements were accurate to be used for a clock less than 3 inches in diameter. The shaft opening required is 5/16†which I needed to drill in my clock face. I painted the black rounded hands red and the second hand white for more stylistic purposes. Came out great with no issues with assembly.

This small wall clock did not fit any categories, and there were way too many parts in the package to use..however, I was able to work my way around it, using the original hands (which did not include a second hand, which makes all the difference, as it shows the clock is working...the first problem I encountered was installing a battery. This required some adjustment of the contacts, and then after several attemps, a lithium battery was installed. The washers, etc. were not necessary...all the other hands were not necessary...the only pieces I was able to use were the actual quartz works and the second hand. Once I saw that the second hand was running, I was able to attach the works and the hanging hook via duct tape on the back...eventually will replace that with gorilla glue, but for now, am thrilled that this little favorite object is working perfectly, actually better than when it was purchased over 20 years ago and is keeping perfect time...I also have all these extra parts for which I have no use, but to me, it's been worth it, as I did not want to throw this out.

Very easy to install and it was several styles and sizes to choose from to pick the perfect one for the project. I purchased it to replace dead clockworks for 1 wall clock and 1 mantle clock.

None of the included hands fit the clock mechanism. I used a tapered punch to enlargen the holes on the hour and minute hands. The second hand fit ok.Other than that, it seems to be working fine for the last hour.

The selection of hands is adequate for a variety of stylistic choices. These are ideal for clocks with 3†diameter faces or smaller. Not all hand pairs include a second hand although both motors have the necessary shaft for the second hand.

We had been gifted this Bulova clock over 20yrs ago.Unfortunately it “disappeared†under some furniture and upon rediscovery we found that the AA battery had leaked into the clock mechanism. Cleaning did not restore the made in Germany quartz movement and it was doubtful I would be able to find a direct replacement. Fortunately this one was close to the depth required and included short hands. After some slight mods and 3M double sided tape it worked fine.The only downside was that the shaft diameter for the minute and hour hands were too large to fit the original hands but the kit had a set that fit the style and size. The original second had fit.Frankly it took longer to search Amazon for a suitable mechanism and hands to fit than it was to install.

I took my small clock to a clock repair guy who looked in his parts catalogue and said he couldn't find a hands mechanism small enough for it. Then I saw this and took a risk ordering it. They fit perfectly! I'm very happy.
