I like these thermometers. They helped me judge if my new fridge is holding its temperature. I also use it in a small freezer to affirm it's temperature. I like the configuration of the " hook" design to hang it in a convenient place. The price too is very reasonable for offering these temperature reassurances. I recommend these to others.

They work great, and at a glance, I can see how well my freezer is operating. The dials are large and clear enough to easily read. I have separate freezer and refrigerator units, and they are both 18 years old and can fail at any time. Every time I open the door, I get to see the actual temp and I will know if they are starting to develop a problem.

After having several incidents over the years which included the frig either not cooling due to fan failure or a recent issue with items in frig freezing, I decided to get these. I leave one in the frig and one in freezer. They are easy enough to read and i have peace of mind knowing what the temp is every time I open the door. Even though my frig was set to 40 F, the thermometer showed it was 30f which prompted a service visit. Whether or not your frig is new or old, having a thermometer is a must for food safety .
