I was worried that this wouldn't be enough cushion but it is! I bought this to add to my RunMax weighted vest. It made a world of difference! You just have to adjust where you need pressure relieved when you have the vest on. This definitely made me enjoy wearing my vest and I could go longer with it on. Fyi- I wear 40-50lb vest. This was the perfect purchase. I'll buy again for heavy backpacks and laptop bags just because!

These pads were too narrow, and the cushioning was virtually nonexistent. These would provide no cushioning for your shoulders. I would not buy these.

Padding on the shoulder is comfortable, if there is a side buffer to minimize the scraping of the neck would make it perfect.

I bought these for an upcoming trip and I’ll be using a backpack daily. Backpack straps always cut into my shoulders and after a short time, they hurt. I used these with my backpack this past weekend and they worked great. The extra padding made the pack much more comfortable.

As expected, these pads helped unload the stress on my shoulders put on by the rather crappy straps my messenger bag came with. Im a uni student and have to walk a lot, and these help immensly. My once overbearing bag carrying what felt like a ton of books and electronics turned into something that was at the back of my mind. Comes with two, so good value for the price.
