When you don't have trees or natural poles to hang your string lights or holiday lights from these, give you a great option to add lights anywhere that you want. The only problem we had is it some places we want to do with the ground was too rocky so we could not get the stands into the ground. But we utilize them along the softer part of our yard And put up string lights for the holidays. Gives a nice extra touch with some elevated lights instead of just having lights on the ground since we don't have any trees in the front of the house to decorate. Would work well anywhere that you can get the steaks into the ground to create string lights for ambience for outdoor dining or entertaining, or to line a walkway that doesn't get enough light for better safety. The poles seem pretty sturdy and stayed up for our entire holiday season. The coding seems that they would last for many seasons and hold up to the elements. Overall good value.

I bought these and the other sets to hang some Christmas net lights to make a 3-sided tunnel around my driveway and am happy to say so far they have all held up very well (I used some rope and ground anchors to create stability between all the poles.These are the height I ultimately wanted (one of my other purchased sets were only 8 foot). So I very much appreciated the higher height. In terms of sturdiness, these weren't quite as sturdy as the 8 footers (the material literally feels different, and the way they are assembled was different). Nonetheless, as stated above, they have all held up fine for the purposes I bought them for.So I'd say these match the description very well and I think you'll be very pleased if they are a suitable height for you.

These string light poles are of decent quality but made of thin metal and aren’t overly sturdy. They get the job done, but I’d be surprised if they last more than a year. A reasonable option if you need a temporary or budget-friendly solution.

A small topper or use the larger one that's wider. You can also make these shorter by using less pole pieces, you can make 1 shorter and the other taller. These have a 5 point prong system to place in the ground for more secure placement, they also come with brackets to secure them to a fence post for futher security if you need. I'll be securing these to existing fence posts due to the high winds they will be subjected to with our weather. They may be fine not to do this, you may want to use guy wires... I just prefer to be as safe & proactive about it as I can.Just a nice item to help you light up an area for your home, a walkway, use for holiday decor, a wedding, camping/with an RV, an outside work area...Regular price $ 32.99 per the listing for the pair, which I think is a good value. But as always I say watch for a sale/coupon, browse listings...As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

Love these. Nice long steaks so my dogs won't bulldoze them over in the yard. They've withstood wind storms too. Nice weight to them as well. Seems durable, functional, exactly as described. Might get a few more for my hammock area. Minimal space taking and blend into the look of things without being bulky or cumbersome

I was able to correct the problem due to having an Industrial tap and die set. However the average person would have to return this product for a replacement or refund.
