I am having a hard time finding a cover plate for the: Leviton 14-50 Outlet, the heavy duty one with the little green car logo on it especially made for EV charging.UPC# 078477013342Global Trade Identification Number# 00078477013342I tried multiple cover plates and they didn't fit well. This one is PERFECT! It fits like a glove. Perfect fit for the 4in box. The 4 screws to mount to outlet on is right on the dot. The center round opening for the outlet is cut EXACTLY the size of the Leviton model. You cannot fit an extra hair in it because it is so precisely made possibly for the Leviton.If you bought the Leviton 14-50 for EV and could not find the cover plate, this is the one to get.*One thing though. Some cities may not allow this kind of cover plate for inspection. If so, you should also get the Levtion SL701 cover plate.

Used to upgrade my Leviton 14-50R to a industrial grade Hubbel HBL9450A for higher amperage loads. Perfect fitment and included the four mounting screws for the outlet to attach.

I used this to install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge my Rivian R1T. The hole is larger than the outlet by about 1/4", so there is a gap of at least 1/8" around it. Not a deal breaker, but it doesn't look right.
